We hope you enjoy your purchase from Junky Trunk Boutique. If not, please feel free to send it back to us. WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES. If you notice a flaw or damage please contact us within 24-48 hours by phone at 480-539-0372 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our return policy is for store credit only.
We gladly accept merchandise returns under the following conditions:
*Unworn, unwashed goods may be returned for a full store credit of actual purchase price as long as the tags are attached and shoes must be in the original box. We must receive your merchandise within (14 days online 10 days in store) from the date your order was placed.
*If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, laundry detergent, damaged or beyond the timeframe of our policy, they will be sent back to you without exception.
- All items are un-worn, un-washed un-altered and have the original manufacturer tags attached
- Items are received back in our RETURNS DEPARTMENT within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Local on-line orders may be returned in-store with the proper receipt if the item is unworn an unwashed
Returns received after the 14 day return policy are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your package at 480-539-0372 or email us at email@example.com to inform us that your order was filled incorrectly or that your merchandise has a manufacturer defect.
Free Shipping: Applies to the order subtotal. Free shipping DOES NOT include shoes.
Shipping charges for returns: Customers should choose the most economical option for shipping return items to Junky Trunk. This is typically First Class Mail. Check with your local Post Office for shipping/package rates. Our zip code is 85234. The Post Office will only accept your return shipment to Junky Trunk as “RETURN TO SENDER IF IT HAS NOT BEEN OPENED”. If you have opened your package, it will be necessary to re-package it, re-address it and pay the appropriate postage.
*Please remember, as always, swimwear, undergarments, bandeaus, bras, (silicon nipple covers), and any item marked “final sale” are non-returnable.
Junky Trunk is not responsible for damage after merchandise has been worn and washed. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR GARMENTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM!!!! If you find a flaw after the 14 day return policy time-frame we will not be able to return or exchange your item unfortunately.
